Ten local boats were listed at Scarborough in 1336 , the largest belonging to Stephen the taverner.Three more belonged to Adam of Seamer, one of the richest men in the town.

The local ships were La Kateryne 15 tons, Adam of Semer.

La Bartholomew 8 tons,William Sage
La Margaret 20 tons ,Stephen taverner

Le Lawrence 17 tons, John Lymebrenner
La Kateryne 12 tons, John of Redeker

A few years later, another list showed losses and additions.
