Weekly fire alarm test smhc and 45a record on sheet plus monthly emergency lighting test. Annual service with G2.
Wash outside window monthly. Empty kitchen bin to street bin as needed.
New toilet rolls in cellar.
Plan and help put up new exhibitions every 3 months.
Order new booklets from civic society or collect from store sahs books. (Pay £4 cash for everyone sold to sahs).
Organise annual cleaning.
Check 45a flat kitchen roof via skylight for seagull nest and clear gutter and netting.
Setup quarterly committee and trustees meeting.
Change faulty lightbulbs.
AGM arrange and get accounts to accountant.
Add new articles to website, photograph new artefacts and write articles.
Deal with flat at 45a tenant for any repairs, new contract, deposit etc.
Attend meetings with council for tourism projects, fill in risk assesemnt for Seafest etc.
Ensure annual buildings and liability insurance is renewed.
Deal with Electricity companies for new contracts.
Liaise with trustee, Huw Roberts, to keep charity policies up to date and dada protection is followed.
Ensure annual risk asesment, visual electrical checks of equipment, first aid kit etc is all ok?
Ensure dehumidifier in archive room is operating ok and water tank is not full, hosepipe leads to yard.
Liaise with George Westwood regarding George Scales album donations and scanning for him.
