This forum was set up in 2015 with the aim of sharing information and supporting all groups and organisations seeking to preserve and promote the heritage of Scarborough and the North Yorkshire Coast.
The forum has no registered status but comprises chairs, presidents, CEOs, staff and volunteers of organisations actively working to save and promote our heritage.
The forum meets several times a year in various venues, or by Zoom, to share ideas and events.
When small groups are heavily invested in their work they may miss out on wider opportunites to network and share events, publicity, knowledge etc. All members try to participate in National Heritage Open Days each year.
